We are also looking for stories about where REAL workplace learning is taking place – and it may not even be described as “learning”. If you have any stories please leave them below. We also hope to encourage you to try out new ideas and would like to hear about your experiences with that too

Skype video test: One morning on Twitter @ginaschreck announced that she wanted to test a new beta version of Skype that promised to allow for multiple video . She gave a time and asked people to join her then. Several of us showed up; the results are at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxILC1xyAjk . THIS is how people learn.
